Blah blah blah dress up game blah

nice to see something different added for a change... the score i gave is based on the flash skill.. but this space here is being used to 100% moan about the fact that this is STILL YET ANOTHER dress up game... at least you added the option of swords.. i guess

If the levels keep getting faster

... you should allow a faster rate of fire on the shots... enemies were coming 2 0r 3 at a tim but by the time i've shot one bullet at least one eney will have to be missed..

also add some backgrounds and change the shapes to something more detailed (not spaceships... be original)

I will decrease the shooting time limit.

But I don't want backgrounds to change because the game already sometimes lags [alot of particles]

And I might make unlockables [new characters]

Not bad... but I have questions

How is the health calculated? it just seemed to randomly drop a couple every now and again even when I was creaming guys before they got to me...

What is the random multicoloured bar for?

Who is that blue guy at the bottom of the game screen?

by wave 32 I had filled the screen with heavy gunners and slowdown guys and I was whuppin the shixnay allover those sumbitchers and still the health would go down.. then suddenly I had well over 500 cash appear from nowhere and spent it.. looked away for a moment and all of a sudden all my guys were dead and there was some hghetto message I THINK telling me I failed...

This is a really easy fun and satisfying game... but the in game rules don't seem to mean anything as for some reason they keep changing... kind of odd, may be a bug you should check it out.. also the graphics could use some work but they don't take away from excellent gameplay well done.. fix it and I'd score you higher

the heath is calculated everytime a guy gets to the end .var "health" go's down by 1 once it hits zero your guys should vanish

the multicoloured bar represents the waves each colour is a wave

i was bored so i added the blue guy he's from the gang "the blue army"whitch is seen in hood warz 1 there might be some stuff bout him in exrtas

the reason you got loads of cash i because some men are bosses and are harder to killl hence the extra cash

if the message sed sumthing like damn son they kiked yo ass then it was game over

anyways thanks for the review i suppose its better than just sayin "meh kinda sux ^^ #cough#cough# (svenzoid) ^^

The potential shows

... but the hit counter doesn't work.. or if it IS working, you haven't mentioned what we need to do to score.. I've tried all the different ways used with the toys but the scores seem to be random.

has the potential to be used in one of those mini game collections... get a whole bunch of physics based minigames together add some better graphics and backgrounds and you could be on to a winner... you could call it "go APE!" (damn i'm funny)

Not a bad bit of flash

but man that was a difficult game... barely scraped the first level but after about 20 minutes or perhaps it was half an hour I just had to give up... it doesn't look difficult but with gaps that small, timing that specific and a player/controls that out of control/sensitive it's really easy to die.. perhaps adding a life bar? or lives per level would make it more enjoyable to play?

It definitely has the addictive nature that games need but it also made me very angry

The Art was... interesting

The Flash was... created well for what you needed?

The story was... unneccesary considering the art

The gameplay.. controlled fine but didn't make sense that I could only use the top row and a bit from the map

You can press "a" to change the rooms around you, that's what you need to do if you can't go any further.

Nice game man... looks great! Plays great! great scoring system if somewhat harsh at times!

OK somehow by coming down to this reviews section I've managed to get myself into a superfast crazy spin and I gan't get out of it (I'm only at speed 5 height 4 so I don't think it should be happening)

one thing though... there should be a way to lose... it would prevent the game from getting boring (althought that takes a while anyway) eg. the red x's should take away a life as opposed to knocking back your level ups which take long enough to build only to have your heart broken...

so yeah... add a lives system and stop the red x's from destroying your exp so badly

I think this game is a shoe-in front page if you did that.. so 8/10 review and 5/5 for judgement

Awesome game

Good fun, addictive

Strange gun blast appears in the top left though... don't understand how that could have happened so can't offer any advice on it.

Also the jump is too high and too slow, if you get hit mid air there should be a single health deduction and a knockback so that you don't get eaten alive from one jump and one ... pig... balloon ... guy...

Music could do with being less loopy too

still I had fun so you got a 3/5 7/10 from me

and about the Gun blasts...
I'm not really sure why either.
I think this it happens when I use removeMovieClip()...
Sometimes it skips through the "update blam" loop.
(well... alot actually).
It might be because I'm looping though a new movieclip instead of just using an array.... But I just like the OOP feel of adding to and looping through a movieclip.

Well, if you could point out any overly obvious problems in this piece of code, I'd be very thankful.

Kind of concerned by the review below

about the whole trial thing but we'll see how far i get I'm still playing at time of writing.

- Needs a zoom function on search dives
- Needs less 'wrong but should be right" items (as others have mentioned)
